Day 1: Transfer to Akagera national park and a full day game drive

Depending on your location in Kigali city, you will participate in a full day game drive in Akagera national park drive with great anticipation of seeing the different animals which rise early to graze and predators looking for their early morning kill. After the game drive, return to connect with your driver guide to embark on your transfer back to Kigali for lunch. You can also participate in the night game drive which will help you watch the park and how it gets to life when the sun sets for a memorable safari experience. Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest


After breakfast, you will transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park through Katuna boarder and arriving Bwindi – the home of Uganda gorillas in time for lunch. Spend the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Haven Lodge

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking Bwindi & Back to Kigali

You will enjoy early morning breakfast and transfer to the park headquarters with your packed lunch and bottled drinking water for briefing by the park ranger guides at 7:00am. After briefing, you will start your gorilla trekking journey accompanied by the ranger guides in search of the mountain gorillas; this takes 2 to 8 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas. After the trek, you will enjoy your lunch packs and transfer back to Kigali arriving in the evening. Drop off at the airport or your hotel in Kigali.
