Day 1: Transfer to Mount Rwenzori National Park

Depending on your point of location in either Kampala City or Entebbe International Airport after landing in Uganda, you will be picked up by our safari guide to transfer you to Mount Rwenzori National Park in the south-western part of Uganda, which will take you about 9 hours to reach the park. You will have en-route lunch at Mbarara. Continue with your drive to the park, having spectacular views of the farmlands, traditional homesteads, tea plantations, and many more. You will also have stopovers for photography to soak in the beauty of the west. Upon arrival in the park, check into the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Hike to Sine Camp

After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, with your packed lunch, you will head to the base of the Rwenzori mountains and begin your hike to Sine Camp. During the hike, get ready to watch a number of attractions like the tropical rainforests, home to a number of bird species, eye-catching plant species like the giant heather, and moss-covered vines that are perfect for photography. On reaching the sine camp, you will watch the waterfalls and also enjoy their sounds.  After the experience, you will head to your campsite for a single overnight stay.

Day 3: Descend and depart

After an early morning breakfast at your campsite, you will hike down Sine Camp and head back to your starting point, where you will be awarded a hiking certificate. After you will make your way back to kampala city, where you will be dropped off at a location of your choice, and the end of your 3 days Mount Rwenzori national park safari.
