This safari will start from Kigali which will give you easier access to the species as compared to when the safari starts from Kampala City. In the park, you will get to spend an hour with the species, understanding more about them as explained below.

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Depending on your location in Kigali city, you will be picked by your guide to transfer you Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where you will get to participate in gorilla trekking in Uganda. Before you transfer to the park, you can participate in the Kigali city tour, where you will access a number of destinations, from the Kigali genocide memorial museum, Kimironko market, and other sites. After the Kigali city tour, you will get to transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the cyanika border. Depending on the time you reach the hotel, you can get to participate in Batwa trail experience to understand more about the culture of the people of Rwanda. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in either of the sectors of the park.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking and transfer back to Kigali
After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will make your way to transfer to the park headquarters in the Buhoma sector to embark on your gorilla trekking experience in Uganda which will give you access to the habituated mountain gorillas in Africa. The safari experience will take about 2-7 hours depending on the movement off the gorillas the previous night. During the safari experience, you will watch a number of different animal species as they go about their daily activities in the wild. Interesting about the safari experience, you will get to spend an hour with the species to understand more about their behavior in the wild. After the safari experience, you will then embark on your journey back to Kigali.
