Day 1: Transfer to Tarangire and a game drive
You will be picked up by your guide from your hotel or a location of your choice in Arusha city and drive you to Tarangire National Park, a park famous for having the large herds of elephants, baobab trees and many diverse wildlife species. On reaching the park, you will embark on a full day game drive to watch a number of eye catching attractions from the 100 year old baobab trees, you will watch carnivores like the lions, leopards catching their prey, get ready to watch the wildebeest, zebras, buffalos, hippo, giraffes can also be seen and for travelers interested in birding in Serengeti national park, carry your bird checklist for Tanzania because a number of different bird species can be seen during the drive near the tarangire river where are a number of animals converge to quench their thirst during the dry season. It is also important to note that the park is home to over 500 bird species which makes it the perfect destination for birding in the park paired with the game drive. After the experience, you will make your way to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay
Day 2: Hot air balloon safari and departure
After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will make your way to participate in the hot air balloon safari which will give you the chance to enjoy exceptional views of Tarangire of the park’s animal as they go about their daily activities in the wild. The safari experience will enable you to watch a number of attractions like the big five animals, the giraffes, cheetahs, leopards and many more. After the safari experience, you will head back to Arusha city at a location of your choice.
