2 Days Kibale National Park Safari

2 Days Kibale National Park Safari: Kibale National Park is the primate hub of Uganda, where you will watch 14 primate species that you will get to watch as you take part in several activities in Kibale National Park. In this 2 days Kibale national park safari will let you participate in chimpanzee trekking in Uganda and also get to visit the Bigodi swamp, where you will embark on a nature walk, which will give you access to several wildlife species for a notable Uganda safari.

Day 1: Transfer to Kibale national park and Bigodi swamp

Meet up with your guide in Kampala City and make your way to Kibale National Park. You will have a stopover at the equator in Kayabwe, where you will participate in the northern and southern hemisphere experiments. You will also have a stopover for lunch in Fort Portal town and also get to visit the Amabere ganyinamwiru, which has a rich history that is believed to have served as the breasts of Princess Nyina Mwiru, who was punished by her father king Bukuku, for declining a forced marriage. In reaching the park, participate in the Bigodi swamp walk, which will give you the chance to watch a number of bird species, with over 150 bird species that can be seen within the swamp. After the nature walk, head to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer back to Kampala city

Wake up early, enjoy your breakfast at your hotel, and make your way to participate in chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park. The safari experience will lead you to Kanyachu visitor center, where you will take part in the briefing session for the rules and regulations to follow for your chimpanzee trekking experience in Uganda. After the session, head out to track the species following the lead of your guide. When you get to them, you will spend an hour with them, understanding their rewarding features in the wild. After the experience, you will make your way back to Kampala city, where you will be dropped off at a location of your choice, and this will mark the end of your 2 days Kibale  national park safari
