Day 1: Pick up and drive to Lake Manyara National Park

You will be met by your guide at the airport, who will welcome you and brief you about your safari.  After the briefing session, you will continue with your drive to Lake Manyara National Park with a stop in Mto wa Mbu to see the local crafts made by the locals and if you’re interested, you will get to purchase some souvenirs and also get to engage with the locals who are quite friendly. After the safari experience, you will make your way to the park checking into your hotel for lunch. While making your way to the hotel, you will have rewarding views of the Rift Valley escarpment, a number of animal species like the hippos, zebras, elands, gazelles and many other attractions that can be seen when you participate in a short game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at Karatu tented camp.

Day 2 Transfer to Ngorongoro crater, Crater drive, and drive to Arusha

After having breakfast at your lodge, you will make your way to the Ngorongoro crater where you will visit the world’s largest in-active caldera. On visiting the caldera, you will watch a number of attractions that will make your safari experience memorable. The different animal species that can be seen include; cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, leopards, lions, buffalos, kudu, the flamingos will also be seen as you descend the caldera. After the safari experience, you will be driven back to Arusha where you will be dropped off at a location of your choice or the airport to catch your next flight and the end of your 2 days Manyara and Ngorongoro crater safari from Zanzibar.
