Day 1: Pick up, Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere National Park), Boat Safari

Your safari guide shall pick you up from your preferred location or your hotel in Dar es Salaam and brief you about your safari experience before you embark on your drive to Selous Game Reserve. After the briefing session, make your way to the reserve where you will reach in time to have lunch at a picnic spot after you will take part in the boat cruise on river Rufiji. During the boat cruise, you will watch a number of different species like the water birds like the kingfishers, you will watch the hippos, crocodiles, and many other rewarding animal species and you will also enjoy the sunset as you enjoy the cool breeze for a memorable wildlife safari in Tanzania. Day 2: Game Drive in Selous Game Reserve and departure

After early breakfast from your hotel, you will make your way to participate in the game drive in Selous game reserve which will give you the opportunity to watch more animals as compared to when you participate in the boat cruise on river Rufiji. You will watch a number of herbivores grazing in the plains and the carnivores as they catch their prey in the wild. after the experience, you will make your way to a picnic spot have lunch and later head back to Dar es Salaam where you will be dropped off at a location of your choice at your hotel and at the end of your 2 days Selous game reserve safari.
