3 Days Kidepo National Park Safari: A number of travelers that make their way to Kidepo National Park, are interested in birding destinations in Uganda with over 475 bird species that can be seen. Day 1: Transfer to Kidepo National Park
Upon your location in kampala city/ after landing at Entebbe International Airport, our guide will pick you up to transfer you to Kidepo National Park where you will have the chance to watch a number of different attractions. On your way to the park, you will have a number of stopovers for lunch and refreshments. After you will reach the park in time for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Half-day game drive and Manyatta communities
On day 2 of the 3 Days Kidepo National Park Safari, after an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will transfer to the park’s plains to watch a number of different attractions like lions, buffalos, elephants, antelopes and many other attractions. After you will head to your hotel for lunch and later in the afternoon participate in the cultural visits which will lead you to the manyatta communities which will give you an insight into the Karamojong people. On visiting their communities you will understand their culture through cultural dances, arts and crafts, farming, milking and so on. After the safari experience, you will head back to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: morning game drive and departure
After an early morning breakfast at your hotel you will be picked by your guide to transfer you to participate in the half-game drive. During your safari experience, you will watch a number of different attractions like the herbivores that you might have missed out on watching during your game drive the previous days. After the safari experience, you will then make your way back to kampala city where you will be dropped off at a location of your choice in Kampala City or Entebbe International Airport.
