Day 1: Transfer to Akagera National Park and Ihema Boat Cruise. 

You will be met by your driver guide at your agreed location in Kigali to transfer to Akagera National Park where you will arrive in time to embark on the late afternoon boat cruise on Lake Ihema where you will see game like hippopotamuses, Crocodiles, and many bird species that live around the lake and the surrounding swamps. Day 2: Full-day Game drive

Rise up early in the morning have breakfast and go for a morning game drive with great anticipation of seeing the different animals that rise early to graze and predators looking for their early morning kill. After the game drive, return to connect with your driver guide and drive back to your lodge for lunch. After lunch head back to take part in the afternoon game drive which will give you the opportunity to watch the carnivores like lions, hyenas, and leopards catching their prey in the wild for a rewarding safari experience after the rewarding encounter, head back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Day 3:Transfer to Volcanoes National Park. 

Rise up early enjoy your breakfast and later embark on your journey to Volcanoes National Park with lunch en route,  You will also have a stopover at the twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo for a boat cruise or an optional guided walk.  Later arrive in Ruhengeri in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Da Vinci Hotel (mid)/Hotel Muhabura (budget)

 Day 4: Gorilla Trekking Volcanoes National Park(Rwanda). 

Wake up to an early morning breakfast and report to the park headquarters for briefing and allocation of Gorilla trekking groups. Later, you will head into the cold and misty forested slopes of Virunga National Park for your Gorilla trekking journey. The trek can be anywhere between 2 to 6 hours depending on the movement of the Gorillas and upon finding them, you will be allowed 1 hour to see and take photos after which you exit the forest. Spend the rest of your evening relaxing Dinner and overnight stay at Da Vinci hotel (mid)/Hotel Muhabura (budget)

Day 5: Transfer back to Kigali

Enjoy breakfast at leisure and participate in the ibyiwacu cultural tour which will give you an insight into the people of Rwanda and their different cultures Enjoy their cultural dances, you will enjoy watching how they make their traditional dishes and so on. After making your way back to Kigali city have lunch en route. You will be dropped at the hotel as advised or you will be dropped off at Kigali airport for your scheduled flight back home
