Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

At a location of your choice in Kigali city, connect with your guide who will make your way to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Before you make your way to the park, you can participate in the Kigali city tour, where you will visit several destinations like the Kigali genocide memorial museum, where you will have the opportunity to understand more about the 1994 Rwanda genocide that claimed many Rwandans. You will also get to visit the Kimironko market, where you will get to purchase a number of different items like organic fruits, you can visit traditional fabrics like Kitengi, and engage with the locals to understand more about their culture, and many other destinations. After the safari experience, make your way to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, where you will arrive in time to participate in the batwa trail experience which will give you a look into the formerly forest-dwelling people, who will allow you to understand their culture through their traditional dances, traditional dishes, and folk songs when you visit their community to observe their ways of life. Day 2: Full day birding and transfer back to Kigali city

After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, make your way to participate in a full-day birding experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This experience will give you a full day safari experience that will give you access to over 350 bird species that can be seen when you visit trails like Mubwindi swamp, while you make your way to the Ruhija sector, Buhoma waterfall trail, and Ivy River trail when you way to the Buhoma sector.
