Day 1: Birding on Lake Naivasha

At a location of your choice in Nairobi city, you will be picked up by your guide to transfer you to Lake Naivasha, where you will embark on the boat cruise on Lake Naivasha, which will give you the chance to watch over 400 bird species. The boat safari will give you rewarding views of the water birds like the African fish eagles, the cormorants, pelicans, flamingos, raptors, weavers, and waders, among others. Other areas you will get to visit during the birding safari include the Crescent Island Game Sanctuary, where you will embark on a walking safari to spot numerous birds in the acacia woodlands. After the experience, head to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Birding in Lake Nakuru National Park                         

After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, with your packed lunch, head to Lake Nakuru National Park, where our guide will lead you to the shores of Lake Nakuru at the eastern edge. You will embark on a walking safari in search of the species through the acacia woodlands. Some of the different species that can be seen include: the lesser and greater flamingos, raptors, the waders, Woodlland species can also be seen. Look out for panoramic views of the baboon cliff, which will give you the chance to watch the water birds like the kingfishers and many others. After your birding experience, make your way and connect with your guide, and make your way back to Nairobi city, where you will be dropped off at a location of your choice, and this will mark the end of your 2 days birding in Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru national park.
