This 4 days gorilla trekking and gorilla habituation in Uganda will lead you to Bwindi impenetrable national park, home to half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas in Africa that can be seen when you visit the park for a memorable primate safari in Uganda. In this safari experience, you will; get to participate in both gorilla trekking in Uganda which will lead you to the habituated gorilla families in Uganda, and gorilla habituation in Uganda which will lead you to the gorilla families in Uganda that are undergoing the habituation process. DAY 1: TRANSFER TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK

Depending on your location in Kampala city, you will be met by our guide who will brief you about your safari experience. After the briefing session, you will embark on the drive to the park, during the drive, a number of different features can be seen like the papyrus, and the people of Uganda going about their daily activities in the wild. You will have a stopover at Kayabwe for the equator experience, and the Igongo culture center for lunch. After the safari experience, you will make your way to the park. Reaching in time to check in your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 2: GORILLA TREKKING IN UGANDA

After an early morning breakfast and packed lunch, you will embark on their journey to carry out gorilla trekking activity. Depending on your permit, you will transfer to the sector where the gorilla family you’re going to trek is. The activity will involve you hiking through the rugged terrain and it can take a given amount of time approximately 2-8 hours but with the help of the guide, it will be easy to locate the gentle giants. On locating and coming into contact with the gorillas, you will spend one hour with them and here you can take pictures of them, and watch how they groom one another, and how they live amongst one another which is quite interesting to watch. After the exciting experience, you will head back to your hotel for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

DAY 3: GORILLA HABITUATION IN UGANDA

As early as 5:00 am, you will be picked up by your safari guide to transfer you to the Rushaga sector the only sector where you can participate in gorilla habituation Bwindi impenetrable national park. On reaching the park, you will present your gorilla habituation permit for verification and later you will be assigned to a gorilla family that you will watch, a guide whose sole duty is to ensure you have a rewarding experience as they offer information about the gorillas and the ranger who will ensure you have a safe safari experience. After the briefing session about the rules and regulations to follow during your safari experience, you will embark on hiking through the impenetrable forests along the different trails. When you get to the gorilla family, you will get to spend four hours with the species watching how the species are trained to get accustomed to human presence, and with this, you will get to watch their authentic reactions to the different training sessions in the wild. Don’t forget to carry your camera because there a lot to watch and capture of your safari experience. After the safari experience, you will then head back to your hotel for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

DAY 4: TRANSFER BACK TO KAMPALA

After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will embark on your journey back to Kampala city where you will be dropped off at a location of your choice and the end of your 4 days gorilla trekking and gorilla habituation in Uganda
